Our service of hosting Web includes in all packages a guarantee of 30 days of reimbursement, consequently you will be able to ask for the return of the amount of the service in case of not being satisfied with the same. These 30 days will begin to tell from the day in that the same activates.
This guarantee of return does not include the domain. In case of to have contracted to a domain next to the service of hosting Web, will give back to the amount of the hosting but not therefore the one of the domain. The domain will continue belonging the client and will be able to use it with the benefits that the package offers Domains of HispaVista (accounts of mail, redireccionamiento Web, etc.) or to contract to other services of hosting Web with the supplier of hosting that wishes. The impossibility to revert the purchase of a domain is a norm other people's to HispaVista based on the norms of the competent organizations that provide the names of domains.Note:
in case of you to have benefitted from a promotion of gratuitous domain along with hosting, you will maintain the ownership of the domain and the amount corresponding to the domain will discount to you. Also, if an associated “extra” service has been contracted the Hosting, the amount corresponding to the same will not either be given back in case of to have used or to have installed.
2 - You offer the guarantee of uptime to 99%?
We do not offer that guarantee since the guarantees of uptime to 99% are a merchandising form.
